I acknowledge that offering any gifts, favors, prizes, or other items of consideration (including meals that are not provided as part of the official NCLGISA Conference and documented on the conference agenda) may constitute a violation of a governing entity’s local policy or ordinance, North Carolina General Statutes (as found in NCGS 138A-32, NCGS 133-32), and/or federal rules, regulations, or laws, including but not limited to regulations found under USAC e-rate rules and 2 CFR 200 requirements.
